What is your policy on returns?
Most items are able to be returned if there is an issue with the product.  Just reach out to us!  We're just cat people who love to take care of our customers. 

How much is shipping?
Orders will ship within 3-5 business days.  All orders within the United States ship for a flat $7.50 rate via USPS or UPS.  We never make money on shipping. Shipping rates are very high and the cost of cardboard boxes is too. We were forced to raise our shipping cost to keep our prices low on product. Thank you for understanding. We also give one FREE item with every order to help cover shipping costs to the customer. Depending on your location, international orders ship at a higher rate and are calculated into your order.
